Sometimes your teen does not success  just like what you expected . When your teen whom you give a trust does not  keep it  your truth because of his/her lack  of knowledge or communication.

 How to lead your teen credibly is strategy  to establish trustworthiness ,self confidence, competence and competitive advantage for your teen. It you would  this element  to earn your teen trust and to make within their  mind .

In era of competitiveness parent would  no longer  force to make teenager obedience toward him, they no longer protective and control the teenager.   In this era more parent should  has the credibility  in the mind of their teenager. But maybe teenager have been fear to failure and they haven’t   have credibility.

 You  need your teen have credibility  you must information to make finer distinctions about  what they need to do to produce the result they passion, if they had  a mistake don’t  they  take on emotional reactive . 

They must learn from their mistake, sometimes from the mistake from the mistake others. People  who achieve greatness they did not attach negative emotions to something that did not work.  Make your teen understood that if  they try something and do not get success they want and make mistake , it’s  simple feedback ,they should learn from mistake.     

Simple way to change mistake or failure to be success they must know that if they try something and can’t do it and it don’t  give them  they want, they had the golden moment they would learning experience. 

  Make your teen  aware they can learn from every moment and human experience . Chances are they were some of valuable lessons they  have learned .  They can learn back towards original goal’s  for process of success  action and reaction ,adjustment and correction . 

Experience is wonderful way model for the process of living successfully . It  would be wise when your teen commit they self  to learning every experience that they got it .

Motivated  your teen to have  concept of possibility thinking, make they have  brave to take  some new action and effort  some new result .  Would not they be a better trying ? Is not  that the only way to develop on their personality . Instead they ‘are going  to produce anew result  by producing new action. They can just change their action and they will produce  new result .
