“Surely,I’m seen to perfect the honorable moral “. Al hadist.

If people were of the some profession and expertise ….if all people were enough to know everything this means that people will continue to be viable more dynamic and living nation teaching of honorable moral.

I think honorable moral is basic quality of a leader. Leader should have leadership skill. In trying to enhance the morale, job satisfaction and motivation of their follower ,leader can use many different style of leadership. Leadership is the process of motivating others to work to meet specific objective.

Moral is the attribute which grows and joint the heart of human. The moral of rosullah spouts the good and honorable attributes, he was patient to face the distress and misery ,generous to help the weak person ,sincere in all situation and condition and acted which have good attribute. Prophet Muhammad was only delegated to improve the man morals ,but also educated about tenets of moral restriction of attitude and behavior. Rosullah is the best figure for the humans allover the world. Allah
Commandment :’laqod kana lakum fii rosulli llah usawatun hasanatan ‘’


Depend on good excellent example form rosulllah the leader must have discernible characteristics of people like this;

1. Allah Says :” Inna nahnu najjalnalna dzakra wainnalahu lakhofidhun”

“Surely we have revealed the reminder and we most surely be its guardian “

A leader share the glory . leader recognize that praise is the most effective motivator. It takes only time and effort motivator .it takes only minimal time and effort to give but reaps major short and long term benefits .they listen to others they learn through eyes and ear. They know that people who wants to make decisions and those who do not to be involved in the decision-making will be uncomfortable the democratic approach to leadership.

2. Remember Allah Words “innaladzina qolu rabbunallah tsumma s taqamuu “

“Surely those who say, our lord is Allah, then continue in the right way…”

A leader is consistent in word and deed. Leaders know that a “ do as I say not as I do “.attitude is poor an approach to motivating employees as it is teaching children Their attitude is optimistic ,positive up beat . Their spirit is enthusiastic, hopeful and believing.



3. Allah say:” Wama arsalnaaka illa rahmatan lil a’lamin”

‘We sent thee not save as a mercy for the creatures’

A leader has vision and set goals. Vision is the ability to see into the future,to see where organization /company can go and how it can get there. Leaders clearly state not only the firm’s missions but also the plans that will enable sob ordinates to accomplish these goals . Leader also have degree of expert knowledge that inspires confidence and trust in their decision. They are curious, always asking questions . they continually expand their competence ,their ability to do things. .they develop new skill and new interest . they discover that the more they know . they realize they don’t know.

4. Allah Say:” innamal mu’minuuna ikhwatun faashlihu baina akhwaikum ‘”

“Faithful are surely brother, so restore friendship among your brother”

A leader hires leader . self confident leaders not afraid of hiring other leader or of grooming subordinates to become leaders. In today competitive world no one can do it alone. By definition ,a leader is person who has follower. They rediscover people each time they meet them. They are interested in them. They ask questions and get involved. They are completely present when they listen. They learn from them. They see no one bigger than life. They are basically unflappable .and capable ofa adapting virtually to anything that comes along..
